"Joe- Wanted to take a minute to say a hearty Thank You for everything. You were a life saver for our family. They do not realize what all was involved and how helpful you were in the sale of my Aunt's Estate. I sincerely appreciate all of your efforts, your knowledge and your way of getting the job done! Thank you again!"

Now that the dust has settled and we are set up in our new home, we wanted to write you a letter expressing our heartfelt gratitude regarding how helpful, professional and pleasant you have been throughout our house-buying experience.
Buying a first home can supposedly be an overwhelming, stressful process. However, having you as our guide put us at ease and made the experience feel safe and enjoyable. The personal attention and time that you gave to us was invaluable. We also appreciate your patience and your sense of humor throughout the whole process.
We feel like we have developed more than just a business relationship with you, and for that we are both grateful. We will wholeheartedly be recommending you to any friends of ours buying a house in the area.
Once again, thank you so much!
- ~Max and Lisa
Chris and I have no words to express how grateful we are to you for everything you've done to make this experience of buying our first home so wonderful. You have an integrity and an honesty that not many people have these days.
We always thought that buying a home would be a nightmare and so nerve-wracking. One of my good friends just bought a house and had the worst realtor, she wishes she knew about you before she bought her home (but she has your card now for future homes :).
Then we met you. My sister told us how much they trusted you, and now we see why.
From the first meeting with you, you eased our fears. We were always afraid that a realtor would make us feel intimidated, like a car salesman would. We left that first meeting smiling because we knew we were in good hands. You have a way of talking to people that made us feel like everything will be ok; as you said "I am the pilot, just sit back and let me fly the plane."
I remember before we met with you, Chris said "Ok, now you are sure this guy is ok?" and I said "yes, my sister and my parents said he's one of a kind." Right away he knew it was true. Anytime we were unsure about something after that, Chris would say "I feel better if we ask Joe, I trust his advice."
We always got the impression that some realtors just want to sell you a house, and will remain quiet regarding bad things about a house, hoping that buyers don't notice the flaws. Instead, you walked into each house as if you were our parent, or as if you were buying the house for yourself. You brought to our attention the deficiencies in the houses as well as the good points. If you didn't like the looks of something, you'd say, "Jen and Chris, I don't like this water here," or "I don't like these windows," or "this neighborhood makes me nervous" - you were honest and concerned with us, and cared more about our well-being than anything else.
When there was a clause in the contract that you didn't feel comfortable with, you wouldn't let us sign the papers until it was revised. You made sure all inspections were taken care of, even covered the charge to have the heating system looked at in the house we ended up purchasing, which we are incredibly grateful for.
You are always very prompt in answering our phone calls, emails, responded to all of our questions, no matter how silly, and you never ONCE, NEVER ONCE, made us feel intimidated or stupid for asking these questions.
We will never forget this experience; it has been such a smooth, wonderful experience, and you can be sure you will be our only realtor in the future :) We will refer you to everyone we know who is looking for a home. You are one of a kind, a rare gem.
